Return Eligibility
To ensure your return request is processed smoothly, please ensure the following:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, and in its original condition.
- The item must be packed in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- A valid order invoice or purchase confirmation must be provided. Please note that any return request received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products cannot be returned:
- Used/ partially used items.
- Customised Products
- Discounted or clearance-sale products.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to ZUBOC.

Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. In case of refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Share clear images or videos of the product with our team at sales@zuboc.com or via WhatsApp.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.
