At ZUBOC, we strive to ensure a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures for order dispatch, return shipping costs, and our approach to handling damaged or defective items. 

1.Order Processing & Dispatch

   Dispatch Time

  • Readymade orders placed before 3:30 PM IST are shipped the same day, while customized products take 7–15 business days for dispatch, which may vary depending on the level of customization.

   Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping location.

  • Next-Day Delivery is available for selected locations including Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), and Kochi

2. Shipping Costs for Returns 

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

3. Damaged or Defective Items 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are required to provide accurate digital evidence (such as photographs or videos) and notify us immediately. 

  • Upon verification of the issue, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund, as per your preference. 

4. Policy Updates 

  • ZUBOC reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. 

  • Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

5. Shipping Options 

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

  •  Normal Shipping – Standard delivery within the estimated timeline.
  •  Express Shipping – Faster delivery option available at an additional cost. 
  • Next-Day Delivery – is available in Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kochi,

Enjoy Free Shipping on orders valued between ₹699 and ₹5000. Photo frames and customized products are excluded from this offer due to additional packing, weight, and customization requirements. Orders above ₹5000 may incur shipping charges due to increased package weight and handling costs.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Express Shipping. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout, based on your location. 

6. Shipping & Responsibility

  •   Once an order is dispatched, responsibility for delivery is transferred to our trusted logistics partners. 
  •  While we work with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery, any delays occurring after dispatch are beyond our control. 
  •  Unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, transit issues, or local restrictions may extend the estimated delivery date (EDD).
  •  In case of delayed delivery, customers can contact the respective logistics provider directly using the tracking information provided.

7. Delivery Timeline 

  •   Customers are advised to check the estimated delivery timeline for the chosen shipping method before placing an order.
  •  The expected delivery date will vary based on the delivery location and the type of shipping selected. 

8. Tracking Information

  •   Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • This tracking number enables you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
