Return & Replacement Policy

 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth process and protect against fraudulent claims, please note the following:

Return Eligibility
  •  Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  •  The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Proof Required

  •  A clear unboxing video showing the package from sealed condition until the product is fully opened is required for return or replacement claims.
  • Customers must also share images or videos clearly showing any damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Verification

  • Once proof is verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund as applicable.
  • Products that are used, tampered with, or do not match our records (e.g., serial/unique code mismatch) will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items 

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or replacement unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Discount Exclusions 

Discounts apply only to ready-made products. Customized versions of the same product are not eligible for discounts or offers.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return :

 2. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps. 

Refund Policy 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.  
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. In case of refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount
  • In case of a refund, both the original delivery charges and return shipping charges (actual transportation costs incurred) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 Damaged or Defective Products 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Share clear images or videos of the product with our team at sales@zuboc.com or via WhatsApp. 
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

 ZUBOC reserves the right to update or revise this Return & Refund Policy as needed to reflect changes in our operations, legal obligations, or product categories. Updates will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
