Payment for Bulk Orders

For bulk orders placed with ZUBOC, the following payment terms apply:

• 60% of the total order value must be paid in advance to confirm the order.
• The remaining 40% of the order value, along with applicable shipping charges, must be paid before the order is dispatched.

Production or processing of bulk orders will begin only after receipt of the advance payment.

Payment for Customized Products

Customized products require special production and personalization processes. Therefore:

• 100% of the payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
• Orders for customized products will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Payment Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously.

• All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
• Sensitive payment information is encrypted during transmission.
• ZUBOC does not store your complete credit card, debit card, or banking details on its servers.

Once your payment is successfully completed:

• If payment fails but funds are deducted, the amount is generally reversed by your bank or payment provider according to their policies.
