Customization Policy

We sincerely appreciate your interest in ZUBOC. Each customized order is a reflection of your unique preferences and our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. To ensure a transparent and seamless customization experience, please review the following terms and guidelines.

1.Initiation of Custom Orders

Customization will be initiated only upon receipt of 60% advance payment. The remaining 40% balance must be cleared at the time of dispatch. Orders that are partially paid or pending payment will not proceed to the design or production stage.

2. Design Review & Confirmation

 A design draft or digital mock-up will be shared with the customer for preview prior to production. Customers are advised to review the design thoroughly and confirm its accuracy. Approval indicates final consent to proceed with the production process.

3. Revisions & Final Approval

 Once the design is approved, the order will move into production. At this stage, no further modifications or changes can be accommodated under any circumstances.

4. Production Timeline

 The standard processing time for customized items is approximately 7-15 business days from the date of final design approval. Requests for expedited delivery will be considered based on production capacity and feasibility. Additional charges may apply for such requests. 

5. Customer Responsibility & Event Deadlines

 If the product is intended for a specific event or occasion, it is the customer’s responsibility to place the order well in advance. ZUBOC is not liable for delays resulting from late confirmations or last-minute orders.

 

 6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of customized products:

• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted once production has commenced.

• Minor variations in colour, layout, or finishing may occur as part of the final design output. These are not considered defects but are inherent in handcrafted or digitally rendered custom items.

 7. Acknowledgment

By proceeding with a customized order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined above and acknowledges that production will adhere to the confirmed specifications.
