Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Process of Returns:

- Wait for a confirmation from our team.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days through the same method of payment used during your purchase.
Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please provide accurate digital evidence and notify us immediately. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
